This weekend in track and field, February 6-12, 2023, patrons are encouraged to 3 locations from Kingston to St. Catherine. This marks the sixth week of the Track & Field season since the start of 2023.

Camperdown Classics

In Kingston & St. Andrew at the National Stadium, there will be the Camperdown Classics. The big ticket events are the 100m, 800m and 4x100m in all classes.  There is also a 60m for Men & Women on the schedule. The action gets onderway at 8:30 am and should be done by 7:30 pm.

King of the Ring

Down the street from the National Stadium is Excelsior High School who will play host to King of the Ring. As the name suggests, throwing events are the featured events. Shot Put and Discus in all classes and also the open Javelin Throw. The first event starts at 8:30 am with the final event at 4 pm.

Western Relays

Head out to Angels, St. Catherine to the G.C. Foster College of Physical Education & Sport for the Western Relays, and experience relays of all sorts. 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m, Sprint Medley and 4x800m. There is also the sprint hurdles in all classes and all genders. Action is scheduled to commence at 10:00 am.
