The following excerpt is from the Constitution and outlines the nomination of individuals.

No person shall be elected to the office of a member of the Committee at any general meeting unless he, or some member of the Association intending to propose him has not more than twenty-one (21) days nor later than 6:00 p.m on the tenth (10th) day before the meeting delivered to the Secretary of the Association a notice in writing duly signifying his candidature for the office or the intention of such member to propose him.

To be nominated, please ensure that your written notice is signed by a member of the Association in good standing and submitted to the Secretary of the Association between 10 and 21 days before the date of the AGM.
