Kingston, Jamaica – June 17, 2025 – The Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) wishes to inform all aspiring participants that the 2025 JAAA/Puma National Junior and Senior Championships has now entered its late entry phase.

While the initial deadline for entries closed on June 15, 2025, at 11:59 pm, a final, stringent window has been opened for those who missed the original cut-off. All late entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 11:59 pm Jamaica Time.

Important Note on Fees for Late Entries:

Please be reminded that any entry received after the original June 15th, 11:59 pm deadline will automatically attract an additional late fee of JM$5000. This late fee is applied in addition to the standard registration fees of JM$500 for Juniors and JM$1000 for Seniors. There will be no exceptions to this late fee.

Limited Support During Late Entry Period:

As the JAAA transitions into other critical phases of preparation for the National Championships, support for entry-related queries via email will be significantly limited during this late entry window. We urge athletes to ensure their submissions are accurate and complete to avoid any further complications.

Finality of the June 19th Deadline:

It is crucial for all athletes to understand that after June 19, 2025, at 11:59 pm, the entry portal will close permanently, and absolutely no further entries or entry support will be available. This is the definitive final opportunity to register for the Championships.

We strongly encourage all athletes who still need to complete their registration to do so immediately to avoid being left out of this premier national event.
