Following the release of the Senior benchmarks, the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) is pleased to announce that the 2026 Junior Entry Standards for the JAAA/Puma National Junior & Senior Championships are now available for download on the official JAAA website. Athletes competing in the Under-18 and Under-20 categories should review these standards immediately to prepare for “The Trials” scheduled for June 18–21, 2026.

Completing Your Registration Successfully

The JAAA Entry Support Team continues to monitor the registration portal and has noticed a high volume of incomplete entries. To ensure your participation is secured, please visit the National Championships Information page and verify that your submission includes all required details.

Common errors that prevent an entry from being marked as “Completed” include:

  • Passport Specifics: If you are using a Jamaican passport for identification, you must provide the passport number, issue date, and expiration date. Additionally, a clear upload of the Bio Page is a mandatory requirement for verification.
  • Middle Name Field: All athletes must provide their full legal name. The middle name field cannot be left blank; if you do not have a middle name, you must enter a period (.) or a dash (-) to allow the system to process the form.

Flexible Entry Management

We encourage athletes to use the “Save and Complete Later” feature if they are still gathering documentation or waiting for a specific meet result. This keeps your entry in “Draft” status and prevents you from having to start over.

Once submitted, your entry remains editable. Should you achieve a superior performance metric before the final deadline, you can log in to your account and update your data. To access your forms, select “Manage your Entry” from the main menu or click the “View your Entries” button on the information page.
