17 TRACK AND FIELD MEDALS AT PAN AMS.

Jamaica’s track and field athletes continued their preparation for the IAAF World Championships as they picked up a total of 17 medals at the 2019 Pan American Games which concluded on Sunday in Lima, Peru. The haul consists of six gold, five silver, and six bronze.

Dacres
A breakdown sees the women winning the lion’s share of 12 medals with five gold with only one gold going to Fedrick Dacres.

They will now continue their preparation with meets coming up with the final day of selection being September 6.
