The information below applies to this year’s staging of this meeting. Please direct all questions, comments and suggestions to the Meeting organiser.
The JAAA does not determine the fees charged by meeting organisers to facilitate the staging of their meet.
Package Pickup
- Further to the meeting of the TQJM Organizing Committee, the packages may NOT be ready for Thursday during the DAY, Therefore, Please update Package Pick up at
- The Queen’s School January 24, 2025 th form 10 am – 3 pm
- National Stadium January 25, 2025 from 7.30am – 11.30 am
Entry fees and payment instructions
- Athletes – $1,000 per person
- Seniors – $1,200 per person
- Payment can be made by Cheque payable to The Queen’s School, Cash or Bank Transfer
- Payments by bank transfer must be transmitted to:

Payments due from patrons
- Adults- $1,000
- Children/Students with ID- $500
Guidelines & Rules
- Warm-up area- above the cycle track
- Package and bib collection- At the Queen’s School on Thursday January 23 & Friday January 24 between 10am-3pm
- Schools out of the corporate area can collect on the day of event between 7-8am
- Closing date for entries.
- Entries close at 12:00 midnight on January 20,2025
- Withdrawals no later than January 22, 2025
- If a withdrawal is done after January 22, 2025 they forfeit their entry fees.

Thank you for registering for this year’s edition, which will be the 23rd staging of the Queen’s / Grace Jackson Meet.
You are reminded that the scratch deadline is 11:59pm Today (Wednesday 22nd). Once your athlete remains entered in any event after the scratch deadline has passed, the per athlete registration fee is applicable (due and payable) for him/her, irrespective of whether or not he/she actually competes on Saturday.
Registration packages will be available for collection on Friday (January 24th), at The Queen’s School, 4 – 10 Central Avenue, between 10:00am and 3:00pm, and on Saturday (January 25th), at the Registration Desk setup at the National Stadium, between 7:30am and 11:30am,. Please note that registration packages will not be given out if the applicable team registration fee is not paid in full.
Also, please ensure that you enter the names of the athletes on you 4x400m relay teams, to facilitate the allocation of bib numbers for athletes not entered in individual events. Their access into the venue as competitors will be regulated by their assigned bib numbers.
