Jamaica ended the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games with four medals in track and field: one gold, two silver and a bronze. No medal was added on the final day of competition.

Men’s Triple Jump.
Apalos Edwards could only manage 16.16m for fourth in the final.

Men’s 4x400m relay:
The quartet of Kimar Farquharson, Malik James-King, Kemar Francis and Romario Stewart, fought hard but were only rewarded with fifth in the final with 3 minutes: 04.09.

Women’s 4×400m relay:
The team of Joanne Reid, Janielle Josephs, Toryann Beckford and Oneika Brissett ran a modest 3 minutes: 35.59 for fifth in the final.
