Julette Parkes
Mrs. Parkes is a Chartered Life Under Writer (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (Ch.F.C.) and a graduate of the University of the West Indies Mona (UWI). She holds a Teachers Certificate from the distinguished Shortwood Teachers College.
Mrs. Parkes is a member of the board of Saint Andrew Technical high School (STATHS), also serving as a member of the Organising Committees for events such as Boys and Girls Championships and the Gibson /McCook Relays.

She has served Track and Field with distinction and is a recipient of the Carreras Sports Foundation for her dedication and service over the years as well as a Diploma from the International Olympic Committee for remarkable contribution as a volunteer in 2011.
